Question 1: (Aniket Gupta) I have recently taken home loan. I have done my agreement. Just wanted to know process in MAHARASHTRA. Will there be any sale deed after possession or I should consider this agreement as final one. I am asking thIs because bank is expecting a sale deed from builder.
Question 2: (Avinash Kumar) If agreement and cost sheet says one covered parking included. Does that mean they cant charge extra later or any other way builder can fool buyers? Covered parking means Car park only or they can say it was for two wheeler??
