After a 3-months dilemma, the government finally passed the proposal to reduce premiums. which will reduce the premium by 50% for all builders in Maharashtra. That is, those who are in the FSI premium category will get 50% benefit and in return the builder will have to wave off the #StampDuty. It is not just a matter of commitment, it has to be in writing. This whole matter will be monitered by #MahaRERA. This new rule will be applicable till 31st December 2021.

इस रूल का फायदा उस हिस्से में ज्यादा मिलेगा जहां पर प्रॉपर्टी की कीमतें आसमान छू रही है जैसे कि मुंबई। इस फायदे को उठाने के लिए Ready Reckoner को आधार बनाया गया है। यानी कि साल 2019 और 2020 में जिस लोकेशन का रेडी रेकनर जितना ज्यादा है, उसी को मानक बनाकर इसका बेनिफिट बिल्डर को दिया जा रहा है। और बिल्डर से यह निश्चित करा लिया जा रहा है- कि आने वाले समय में उस प्रोजेक्ट में Stamp Duty पूरी तरीके से जीरो रखेंगे। जो भी प्रोजेक्ट की मान्यता इस रूल के आधार पर कराई जा रही है।
