Wagholi – Manjari Township Update Part-2 | Road Expansion and Project Progress Explained

07 Dec 2025

This video explains the on-ground progress across the Wagholi–Manjari township area, including road widening, project timelines, and actual construction updates. The earlier four metre stretch shown in previous videos has now been widened and footpaths have been built. This is a positive development for thousands of residents who use this route every day.

As we move along the fifteen metre road, the video covers the planned VTP Altamira project, its land size, configuration mix, total towers, and current on-ground status. The project was launched in 2020, but work on site has not yet started. Further ahead, the Mahindra project spread across more than five acres is explained with its possession timelines, revised dates, and visible construction status.

Opposite to Mahindra, the Gera project spread across twelve acres is discussed in detail. The video highlights its tower count, configuration mix, and phase-wise possession schedule. Drone visuals in the video present a clear picture of its ground progress.

The video also shows how this fifteen metre road connects directly to the Riverside Road, which is already under active development. Multiple viewer questions about Riverside Road, upcoming phases, and connectivity are answered in detail. The different land parcels in the township and how they are treated under UDCPR regulations are also explained clearly.

The video further examines the thirty kilometre Riverside Road plan, the completed stretches, the stretches under construction, and the important missing patches that thousands of families are waiting for. The connection through Manjari Khurd, Yoo Villas, Wellington College, Grant Road, and the alternative alignment possibilities are presented with on-ground references.

A practical suggestion is also discussed regarding widening the connecting road from twenty metres to a more effective width so that future congestion can be avoided. With new land parcels being continuously added and multiple developers working within the township, wider roads will be essential for long-term traffic management.
