Residents of the upscale Supreme Estia society near PanCard Club Road are voicing frustration over deteriorating civic conditions despite being part of the Smart City Mission and paying high property taxes. Overgrown weeds, garbage dumps, waterlogging, and incomplete roads have made commuting hazardous, while streets are plagued by open drinking, encroachment, and malfunctioning streetlights. Residents have repeatedly complained to the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and Smart City authorities, but little action has been taken. Locals demand immediate attention to basic facilities, including proper road maintenance, garbage disposal, and enforcement against illegal activities. PMC officials have promised to investigate the issues.
